EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY

SPOILERDEPOT, INC. (SPOILERDEPOT) warrants products manufactured to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Its obligations under this warranty being limited to replacing at its factory any product, part, or parts thereof which shall be returned to SPOILERDEPOT with transportation charges prepaid, and which SPOILERDEPOT'S examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been thus defective. Except for the warranty herein before stated, SPOILERDEPOT, Inc makes no warrant expressed or implied, and any implied warrant of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed by SPOILERDEPOT and excluded from any agreement made by acceptance of any order pursuant to this quotation. SPOILERDEPOT neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its product. This warranty will not apply to any products which have been repaired or altered outside of the SPOILERDEPOT factory in any way so as in SPOILERDEPOT'S judgement to affect its stability or reliability nor which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper operation or subject to other than normal use or service.
